Whirling rend

Whirling rend is an at-will power available to Barbarians at 1st level. This primal power requires the use of two melee weapons and allows you to damage another target with your off-hand weapon on a hit from your main. If you are raging, you deal more damage on each damage roll.^[PrP:11]
