Vistani Heritage is a Vistani bloodline feat. It is available to adventurers of any humanoid race who do not have feats from other bloodlines. [Dr380:84]
Characters with this feat gain Evil eye of the Vistani as an encounter power, gain a +2 bonus to diplomacy checks made against other Vistani, and have mastered the Vistani Blooding ritual and can perform it.
Bugs[]
- The Vistani Blooding ritual is not found in any 4th edition reference. You can substitute Comrades' Succor, which allows moving healing surges among player, or import the ritual from a previous edition.
