As your enemy falls, you become a creature of wind and mist.
Special: A character can use soul step only once per round.
Trigger: The user reduces an enemy to 0 hit points, or an enemy adjacent to the user drops to 0 hit points.
Effect: The user teleports a number of squares up to his or her Dexterity modifier.
Soul step is a warlock at-will utility power. It allows the user to teleport once per round, when the user drops an enemy to 0 hit points, or when an enemy adjacent to the user drops to 0 hit points.
Soul step is granted at 1st level as the Pact Boon for hexblades who choose the fey pact.[HotFK:225]
