Requirement: wielding crossbow, light blade, or sling

Target: one creature

Attack: Dexterity vs. AC

Hit: "1[W] + Dexterity modifier + Charisma modifier damage.
"Increase damage to 2[W] + Dexterity modifier + Charisma modifier at 21st level."[PH:118]

Sly flourish is an at-will power available to rogues at 1st level.


Feat Prerequisite Benefit
Catspaw Style (Arena Fighting) Cha 13 If you score a critical hit, the next ally that hits the target before the end of your next turn deals extra damage equal to your Charisma modifier.
Deft Hurler Style (Arena fighting) Halfling If you are halfling and use Second chance to change an attack from a hit to a miss, you can use the exploit to make a ranged attack as a free action.
Mocking Knave Style (Arena fighting) Cha 13 If you score a critical hit, the target also takes penalty to attack rolls equal to one-half your Charisma modifier (minimum 1) until the end of your next turn.
True Arrow Style (Arena fighting) Dex 13 You take no penalty to your attack roll for long range attacks.
