You utter an evocation of protection, which launches thorns at your attackers.
Effect: Until the end of the encounter, when an enemy hits you with a melee attack, that enemy takes damage equal to your Constitution or Dexterity modifier.
Rebuking Thorns is a 6th level Druid utility power. It deals damage to attacking enemies. [PrP:43]
