Racial traits[]

You grant non-elf allies within a number of squares of you a minor racial bonus to Perception checks.
Wild Step
You ignore difficult terrain when you shift (even if you have a power that allows you to shift multiple squares).

Development[]

The elf ability bonus was originally Dexterity and Wisdom.[PH:40] The Essentials update and subsequent books changed the bonus to Dexterity, and either Intelligence or Wisdom.[U :E]

The Neverwinter Campaign Setting introduced the concept of subraces, as well as the elf subraces wild elf[NCS:51] and wood elf.[NCS:52]
